When I look at the way yoga has come into my life over the last few years, it’s amazing to me how committed to it I’ve become that I spend time every day practicing, no matter how short or how long. That I get up at five on Monday mornings to share this passion with my students.
And if I can commit to this, I really think I can do anything. I can commit to another person, I can commit to forgiveness, I can commit to recovery, to being a good friend, to loving my dog every single minute of every day. I can.
Namaste.
